Forms of Payment:

Personal checks, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, PayPal® are all accepted. All forms of payment must clear prior to shipment. Cash may be used for local pick-up only. Shipping costs will be determined at time of order.

Please note that due to the complexities involved with the many mix-and-match options involved in ordering a custom photograph that we use an invoice billing system for credit card and PayPal® orders. A link will be included in the invoice directing where and how to make payment.

Return Policy: Returns are permitted only if items damaged in shipment, and require authorization. Item must be returned and inspected prior to approval. If approved, refund or replacement will be given promptly.

More Random Notes: Please inquire if you do not see something you want. I rotate photos in and out from time to time, so I may have what you're looking for.

Pricing & Purchasing Notes: 1. Prices do not include sales tax (if applicable), or shipping & handling. Please contact us for total quote prior to sending payment. Iowa residents must include 7% sales tax.

2. Matte fnish is the default finish, and will be provided unless otherwise requested. Glossy finish is available at no extra charge, but must be specifically requested. Other media, i.e.: metallic paper, canvas, and other print materials available upon request, and will require additional charges and a custom quote.

3. Panoramas and odd sizes (i.e.: 11x17, etc.) will require custom quotes. Some media have limitations in large sizes.

4. Some older images may not be available in larger sizes.

5. Mats and mounting boards will be quality materials. Mats will be a color of our choice hand-picked to compliment the image.

6. Framing is not available at this time. Arranging and choosing your own framing locally is usually a better solution to help guarantee that you are pleased with the final result.

7. Cropping may be necessary to accommodate various aspect ratios and will be done to best retain the artistic value of the image. Sizes noted with an asterisk (*) do not require cropping, and are strongly recommended. Some photos may not allow for cropping.

8. Due to variances in color and brightness of computer monitors, the final print may not appear exactly as it does on your screen.

Alternative Use Purchasing Notes:
(web use, wallpapers, brochures, banners, magazine publication, etc.)

A. All images are available for purchase for website use, brochures, banners, etc. Please note that model and/or property releases may not be available for all images, so their use may be limited regarding commercial application. Non-exclusive web use starts at $59, and will depend on scope and intended use.

B. Wallpaper images start at $9. Wallpaper images will be customized to fit your screen.

C. Other alternative uses are available, and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
